General Rules

  1. All competition items are completed by uploading photos of completed works to the system, which will be judged by international experts. Awards will be given according to the scoring ratio, including Gold, Silver, Bronze, and Excellence awards.
  2. Eligibility: No restrictions on experience, gender, age, educational background, or qualifications.
  3. Participants must read and agree to the competition rules before registration. Any disputes (including competition results) will be decided by the organizing committee as the final version, and no objections will be accepted!
  4. The committee will keep records of works and has the right to publish works in magazines, online, books, and other media.
  5. All fees paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  6. Local or overseas shipping costs (if any) are to be paid by the participants.
  7. For fees, work upload process/time/date, and award ceremony arrangements, please refer to the competition guidelines.
  8. You can participate in more than one item, and each item must be uploaded separately.
  9. Participating in eyebrows, eyes, and lips at the same time is considered as 3 items, and 3 works must be submitted. The same model cannot be used for all three.
  10. Each item is independent, and multiple entries will be scored independently.
  11. If deemed unqualified or if the work does not meet the requirements, it will not be scored.
  12. Participants invited to attend the July 1st Hong Kong Ultimate Royal Battle finals will have the competition fees waived, but must prepare all necessary tools, materials, and live models.
